1. Scope of Application
This shipping policy applies to all deliveries ordered through our online shop Hundredlevels.
Deviating agreements require written confirmation.
2. Delivery Area
We currently deliver exclusively within the Federal Republic of Germany.
Deliveries to other countries are only possible after individual agreement.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Standard Shipping
Currently, shipping costs within Germany are €5.99.
3.2 Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered within Germany for orders exceeding, for example, €70.
Different conditions apply for international deliveries.
4. Shipping Method and Service Provider
• Shipping is done via DHL, Hermes, or UPS (depending on package size and destination address).
• Delivery times vary depending on the country and product availability.
4.1 Delivery Times
• Standard shipping Germany: 1–3 business days
• EU countries: 3–7 business days (currently unavailable)
Please note: During limited product drops or high order volumes, delays may occur.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation by email, including a tracking number, if available.
This allows you to track your delivery online.
6. Transfer of Risk
For consumers: The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods to the customer or a third party designated by them (§ 446 BGB).
For entrepreneurs, the risk passes upon handover to the transport carrier.
7. Delivery Delays
We strive to adhere to delivery times.
Should an item not be available in time, we will inform the customer immediately by email.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract if the delivery is significantly delayed.
8. Partial Deliveries
Partial deliveries are permissible as long as they are reasonable for the customer.
Additional shipping costs may apply and will be itemized separately.
9. Packaging
All goods are shipped in protective packaging to prevent transport damage.
Every item shipped by us is inspected before sale and only dispatched if there are no damages and/or defects.
Special packaging (e.g., gift packaging) is available upon request.
10. Shipping for Special Promotions / Limited Drops
For limited products or drop sales, we reserve the right to:
• specify the delivery time separately
• deliver the order in installments or staggered deliveries
All relevant information will be communicated in the checkout and by email.
11. Returns / Exchanges
For returns, the Hundredlevels cancellation policy applies.
• Unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags can be returned within 14 days.
• The shipping costs for returns are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• Should a customer wish to return an item again after having already returned it, they must pay for shipping again.
